Plastics on Parade

Since plastics were invented, they were used many different ways for jewelry.  Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, dress clips and belt buckles just to name a few.  For some reason, a lot of the early plastics came in shades of red.  I never quite grasped how this came about.  Fashion? Inability to make other colors?  What ever the reason, there's tons of really interesting items to choose from.  And even modern pieces are still red!

Out on the Town

OK, let's be honest here.  Isn't it really fun to get all dressed up to go out sometimes?  Don't you want to put on a gorgeous dress and fancy jewelry and go to a really great party?  Or opening night at the opera?  Of course, that big night out generally means you go out and buy a new dress, new shoes, a matching bag and jewelry.  All of which you will wear once.
